Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary based on product availability and location-specific factors such as local regulations. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays. If any significant delay occurs, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
Delivery Times and Charges
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location.

Please note that delivery times do not include the 3-5 business days required for order processing.
For returned or canceled products, any applicable shipping fees will be refunded proportionally. Once delivered, the responsibility and ownership of the product are transferred to the customer.
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the package may be returned to our facility. In such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to an updated address.
In some instances, the shipment may be held at a local post office near the destination due to insufficient address details. Customers are advised to contact their local post office to retrieve the package if notified.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a shipment confirmation and tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If the tracking shows “No information available at the moment,” this may occur because the package has not yet been scanned by the carrier. If there is no tracking update after a week, please reach out to us for assistance.
Separate Packages
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and other customs fees may apply once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. GOATJERSEY™ is not responsible for any customs delays or fees incurred during shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
GOATJERSEY™ is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged product as proof for your claim.
Returns and Restrictions
Returned items must be in their original packaging to be accepted by our delivery partners. Please ensure that only GOATJERSEY™ items are included in the return package to avoid any issues with shipping regulations.
