Refund and Returns Policy

To ensure our customers enjoy a high-quality shopping experience, we have outlined a fair and clear refund policy.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for all customers. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for orders beyond this timeframe.

  • The item must be unused, in the original condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Purchases must be made through GoatJersey.com.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase along with photographic evidence of any flaws or damages is required to initiate a return.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are sold on an “as-is” basis and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. By purchasing sale items, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be flawed or damaged (e.g., defective print, incorrect item, size, color, design, or style).
  • Items must be returned via registered mail.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and securely packed for shipping.
  • Include a printed copy of the invoice with the returned item(s).
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned items arrive undamaged.

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests made beyond this period will not be considered.
  2. Contact us via our ticketing system on the website or email us at support@goatjersey.com.
  3. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Once your return request is approved:

  • Securely pack the items in suitable packaging and include your Order ID.
  • Ship the package to:
    9169 W State St #1899, Garden City, ID 83714.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • PayPal Payments: Refunds are processed immediately upon approval.
  • Debit or Credit Card Payments: Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

If it has been more than 30 business days since your refund approval and you have not received it, contact us at support@goatjersey.com.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the product has not been shipped. Once the item is packaged and prepared for shipping, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect (e.g., wrong item, size, or design). If you believe your product is defective, contact us at support@goatjersey.com with details of the issue.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receiving the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, GoatJersey will cover the return shipping costs.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on your location.

Note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or improper use of the product.
